As an equipment rental coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of a rental order, from the moment a call or email comes in through equipment delivery, working closely with inside and outside sales reps, shop technicians, and delivery coordinators to ensure our customers receive the excellent service and reliable equipment we’ve been trusted to provide since 1956. In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, no two days, or orders, are exactly alike.

As a Journeyman Shop Mechanic, you will work primarily out of our Franklin Park shop, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts, telehandlers, aerial lifts (scissor lifts and boom lifts), cranes, and other material handling and industrial equipment. You will use your own hand tools along with company-provided specialty tools and diagnostic equipment, and you’ll have the backing of an experienced service team and parts department.
This is a union position (Local 150, International Union of Operating Engineers) well suited to an experienced, journeyman-level mechanic who wants steady, consistent shop-based work, real earning potential, and a company built on reliable, honest service and family values.

National Lift Truck of Arkansas is seeking an experienced customer service-oriented Field Service Mechanic/Technician. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing scheduled maintenance on all makes and models of forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and other heavy equipment – including gas, propane, diesel, and electric-powered units. You must be confident in diagnosing complex issues, accurately quoting repairs, and servicing a variety of material handling equipment and aerial lifts while delivering excellent service to customers in the field.
