National Lift Truck of Tennessee is seeking an organized, team-oriented Service PM Coordinator to provide administrative support to our growing Service Department. This role is essential to keeping our preventive maintenance (PM) program running smoothly by coordinating technician schedules, dispatching service work, processing work orders, sourcing parts, invoicing completed service jobs, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Overview
- Full-time
- On-site, Memphis, TN
- Reports to: Service Manager
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) service
- Dispatch field service technicians and manage technician schedules
- Process internal and customer billing for preventive maintenance work
- Answer incoming service calls, assist customers, and route calls appropriately
- Maintain organized service records and department documents
- Open and manage preventive maintenance orders, work orders, and service calls according to company procedures
- Enter technician notes and post labor hours to completed work orders
- Review work orders for accurate labor, parts, and technician notes before invoicing
- Follow up with customers on completed work and make collection calls when needed
- Process credit card statements for field service technicians
- Issue purchase orders for subcontracted labor
- Manage third-party billing portals
- Source preventative maintenance parts and coordinate with Parts Department to ensure correct parts are sourced, posted, and pulled for each order
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction, from scheduling preventative maintenance work to collecting payment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Experience with industry standard ERP or service management software preferred
- Previous experience in a related role – including service coordinator, service dispatcher, parts specialist, customer service, administrative, or office support role preferred but not required
- Experience in equipment, forklift, construction, automotive, trucking, or industrial service environment is a plus
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequent sitting, kneeling, and bending required

Compensation
- $22.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience
