Job Description
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will support teams by querying data using SQL, developing reports in Excel, and building dashboards to inform business decisions. You’ll work closely with users to maintain data accuracy within our ERP system, assist with data-related troubleshooting, and document workflows to ensure consistent processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful transition to a new ERP system by supporting data validation, reporting needs, and process documentation.

- Utilize SQL skills to query the database and extract relevant data.
- Develop and generate reports using Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and data visualizations.
- Create dashboards to help visualize key business metrics and support decision-making.
- Perform data audits, validation, and cleanup tasks to ensure data quality across systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve ERP workflows and processes.
- Provide support to ERP users by assisting with processes, troubleshooting, and data corrections.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of a new ERP system.
- Document workflows, data pipelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure process clarity and repeatability.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with a relevant certificate or an Associate’s degree and practical experience will also be considered.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analyst or related role.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational database structures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of material handling or manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to ERP systems (any platform) is beneficial.
