Human Resources Generalist

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to-partner for employees and managers, overseeing a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee benefits, administration, compliance and serve as a back-up for payroll processing.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with questions or issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.
- Be creative with our job boards, flyers and employee communications.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus) and MS Office Suite.

Compensation
- The salary range is from $65,000 – $75,000 a year.
